1. Acceptance

By accessing this website you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Legal Notice.

2. Nature of content

Content on this website, including Insights publications, is provided for general information. It does not constitute legal, financial, operational or security advice for any specific situation, and no advisory relationship is created by reading it, submitting an enquiry, or receiving an initial response. Advisory engagements are established only by written agreement with NSIGNIS LTD.

3. Preliminary assessment (VUAH AI)

The VUAH AI engine provides automated crisis and risk assessments on an “as is” and “as available” basis, using data available at the time of analysis. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or become outdated as circumstances change, and are provided for general informational purposes only. The service does not constitute legal, financial, operational, or security advice, does not create any professional or advisory relationship, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions. You remain solely responsible for verifying all results and should consult qualified crisis management, legal, financial, and security professionals before acting on any assessment. Access to the assessment requires acceptance of these terms and, where applicable, an activation code; we may suspend or modify the service at any time, including during its adjustment stage.

4. Emergency message channel

The Message channel is an access-controlled contact facility for clients holding a valid access code issued by NSIGNIS FORUM. Codes are personal to the client to whom they are issued, must not be shared, and may be revoked at any time. The channel supplements — it does not replace — the communication arrangements in a client's engagement agreement, and its availability is not guaranteed. It is not an emergency service: in situations involving immediate danger to life, call the national emergency number (112 in the EU) first.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website. In particular, you must not attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, probe or brute-force access codes or protected endpoints, submit false, deceptive or malicious content, interfere with the website's operation, or use automated means to extract its content at scale.

6. Applications

Submitting an application through this website does not create an employment relationship or an obligation on NSIGNIS LTD to respond to, progress or retain any application beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, branding and software on this website belong to NSIGNIS LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission, except brief quotation with attribution.

8. Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSIGNIS LTD accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on website content, from use of or inability to use the preliminary assessment or the Message channel, or from interruption of the website's availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence where they apply.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continues in force.
